“Chantal is an absolute lifesaver, I cannot put it any other way. She has the most caring and understanding nature and as soon as she met my bubbas I could see she just loves kids and really wants to help. My 6mo daughter was terrible to get to sleep (taking up to 90 minutes) and was waking a steady 3 times a night but on a bad night up to 6 times and each time wanting to be fed to go back to sleep. Within 2 weeks she is waking once for a feed and putting herself back to sleep the other times. Her self settling has improved dramatically and it’s now unusual for us to have to settle her.

Chantal encompassed our ideas into our custom designed plan in such a way which we were comfortable with. Chantal was always available when we needed and followed up with us every morning and offered slight changes or ideas depending what has happened the previous night.

Chantal is fantastic. Her help and advice was invaluable when it came to sleep training our 10 month old. He was taking over an hour to get to sleep both through his day naps and in the evening and was waking up through the night. After a couple of nights he was sleeping through and after a week the process of getting him to sleep is far less stressful with him starting to self settle. I would recommend her to anyone.
I would like to say a huge thank you to Chantal for bringing me back to life. Chantal has spent 4 nights in my home and helped me to teach my 10 month old son how to self settle to sleep. Previously he would only be fed or rocked to sleep and wake up at least 3-5 times at night. I was slowly becoming a zombie! Chantal assisted us with sleep training our 10 month old boy. He went from waking up to 10 times per night to 2 wake ups in a matter of days. Chantal helped us with a very gentle approach and within a few weeks our little boy is sleeping so much better and requires little to no settling or resettling though the night. Chantal is warm, supportive and flexible. She works with you to develop a routine that suits your parenting style. She’s also very generous with her time and rapidly responds whenever you have any queries. In a fortnight our 12-month-old has gone from 2-3 wakeups per night to 1, which was our goal. Thank you!

You would think by the time you have your second child you know what you are doing? Wrong. After suffering many many sleepless months with our first daughter we were keen to start good sleep habits early on with our second daughter. Chantal has been so wonderful and visited us to help with our 3 week old daughter. We have implemented very gentle techniques to set a loose pattern for the day and night. We already have a happier child who hardly cries at all. We couldn’t be happier! We feel more relaxed and confident in what we are doing.

I cannot recommend Chantal enough! After almost 16 months of broken sleep my husband and I were at the end of our rope and reached out to Chantal and it was the best decision ever. I always intended to get my son into a consistent routine after he was a few months old however fell into a pattern of letting his “routine” set itself each day. I called Chantal when he was six months old as despite being a happy baby he was waking 3-4 times a night and not sleeping to any consistent pattern during the day. Chantal worked with me to create a simple sleep schedule which he adapted to within days. Chantal has also advised me on settling techniques and reconfirmed for me that a lot of what I was doing was already effective.

My husband and I contacted Chantal after months of sleep deprivation was taking its toll. We met with her in our home and she put together a plan for us to follow.
