Chantal will create a customised sleep plan based upon the information provided and the goals you have in mind. Chantal is available for text support to discuss any questions or implement any changes as needed to help you get the most out of your plan.

In-home consultation –

In-home consultation, personalised sleep plan and support – $395

Chantal comes to your home and will spend up to two hours with you and your little one.  We discuss your child’s main issues and your goals during this process. Chantal will observe your child’s sleep environment and recommend any changes necessary to promote sleep. A bedtime settle is included allowing you to observe, practice and gain confidence using the selected sleep techniques chosen specifically for your child with Chantal’s expert guidance and support.

A comprehensive sleep plan detailing any modifications to your child’s sleep environment, daily routine, and current settling strategy is provided for optimal success. A step-by-step customised settling plan is also provided which best suits your child and your family. Support involves text/email feedback, advice and fine-tuning of any techniques as required and is provided for one month after the plan is sent.

**A small additional travel fee of $50 may apply depending on your location.

Overnight settling –

Consultation and Overnight Settle – $795

A favourite for many clients, this package fast-tracks the consultation process and sees Chantal on-hand to implement the settling plan with you for one night from 7pm to 6am, additional nights are available. Become empowered as you observe, practice and gain confidence using sleep techniques best suited for your child. Text/email support is included for one month.
